This agreement is executed electronically between the Direct Seller and SVN Enterprises Private Limited in accordance with:

• Indian Contract Act
• Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021

Key Conditions

• No income for recruitment
• Earnings only through product sales
• No mandatory purchase requirement
• No entry or registration fee

KYC Requirements

• Aadhaar Card
• PAN Card
• Passport
• Voter ID
• Any Government-approved ID

Responsibilities of Direct Seller

• Maintain ethical business conduct
• Avoid misleading claims
• Adhere to company policies
• Maintain integrity and transparency

Prohibited Activities

• Mis-selling or false commitments
• Unauthorized use of brand name
• Selling products on unauthorized platforms

Termination Clause

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Direct Seller for policy violations.
