3. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm your request.

Option 2: Web / Email Deletion Request

If you cannot access the mobile application, you can submit an account deletion request online:

• Deletion Request Email: Send an email from your registered email address to ccare@mysvn.in with the subject line "Account and Data Deletion Request".
• Data Retention & Erasure: Upon receiving a valid request, we will delete your account credentials, personal profile details, and linked app usage history within 30 days.
• Retained Data: Certain operational or legal records (e.g., invoice records, tax documents, or transaction logs) may be retained as strictly required by applicable law.

5. Data Security

We maintain industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. All sensitive communication and payment processing occur over secure encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS).

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under the age of 18. SVN Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.
